again. Thats why we believe that our store policies should be fair,
clear and transparent.
  

We ship & deliver our orders within 4-5 days.

We cover almost every pin codes in India.

 We can understand that sometimes our products may or may not match our customers expectations. Keeping our customers in mind, we have devised

a return policy which makes it easy to refund/exchange our product within 07 day of delivery. 

 Process for

Initiating RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE

2. Secondly you can call us on our CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER: 7048958042 or WhatsApp the above mention detail on the customer care number.

3. Once the confirmation for return request is received we will Initiate the process for return.

 As soon as your refund order has been filed with us, we will arrange for a pick up from the same address to which the product was shipped. We also ship a refund form with the product.

Terms and Condition for Return/Refund

1.        Orders cannot be canceled, once they are shipped.

2.        The refund process will be initiated once we receive the goods.

3.        If you cancel your order before the products are shipped, you can have your entire money refunded in less than 7 business days.

4.        Goods should be refund in the same packaging and condition as delivered.If the goods are found damaged entire money will be forfeited.

5.       For any Goods to be returned or Exchanged shipping charges will apply which is payable by customer @ Rs.150/shirt

6.      If the tags and other essential marking for the brand is tampered and not available the product will be considered as used and 70% of the money will be forfeited by the company and 30% will be returned.

7.        Product can be returned in free of cost only if the product is damaged and notified to the company within 24 hrs of Delivery.

8.        If the product is ordered and undelivered due to customer declined then the customer will be marked as black listed customer ad company has all right reserved not take any further order for the same customer.

9.        Customer if in case wants to exchange the product but not return with company it can be done within 3 days of delivery, shipping cost to b paid by customer before hand.

10.     Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of the refunds process by Spanish OneLook.

11. Any product ordered/delivered/shipped under any promotional scheme, offer with actual products are non -refundable including the actual product.
